Welcome to our online store!

Our journey started 15 years ago when we opened Suburban Pets, a small pet shop in Kempton Park on the east rand of Johannesburg. 

We have built up a reputation of offering great pet products at great prices for a wide range of pets, from birds to reptiles but we want to offer our customers even more.  There are so many awesome pet products available in South Africa which our customers are asking for, so we launched SA Infinity, an online arm for our shop.

SA Infinity has partnered with all the major pet product suppliers in the country so that you, the pet owner, can access all these great products at affordable prices. 

Turnaround time for shipping is 2-3 days, depending on your location and depending if the product is already in stock at our store.

If we need to source the product from one of our partners, or if your location is an outlying area, turnaround time is 7-10 days.

 

ALL outlying areas are subject to quote and courier availability.

We also have a collection option from our branch in Kempton Park if you would prefer to collect.
